Instructions: You will be creating a portrait of your choice. It can be you, your pet, your friend or family, or someone famous, etc. 

Today you will brainstorm:

• What size would you like to make your drawing?
• 11"X 14"
• 18"X 24"
• 9" X 12" 
• What techniques would you like to use to create this drawing?

• What is a logo?Logo design is all around us. To the general public, logos serve as an instant reminder of a company or a product or in our case a club.   To the client, (which is MRHS Art Club), the logo is the point of recognition on which people respond to a product, company, or institution.

Logo Making Tips

• Know your audience 
• Promote Your Art Club
• Use Positive and Negative Space for a single color silk screen design
• Equal amounts of White and Black in your design
• Make shapes instead of line, or thick lines
